Rotarian of the Year

At the Yarmouth Rotary Installation Dinner held on June 25, 2014, President Steve Albright awarded Rotarian (Sgt. at Arms) James K Saben the distinction of being the Rotarian of the Year for the Rotarian year 2013 - 2104.
